Your name, phone number, and a valid email address are required. Once you complete the reservation, you will receive a confirmation email with a QR code for entry.

When you change your reservation, you will receive a cancellation email and a new confirmation email for your new time slot.

Upon Your Arrival
What is the admission procedure at the entrance?
The QR code from your confirmation email and temperature checking will be required at the entrance.
All visitors entering the venue at West Kowloon Cultural District are required to use the LeaveHomeSafe mobile application to scan the venue QR code and comply with the ‘Vaccine Pass’ requirements to present an electronic version or a paper copy of their COVID-19 vaccination record, or the Exemption Certificate with relevant QR code. Visitors who have recovered from COVID-19 can present the appropriate proof of recovery or infection as required by the Government.
What if I have lost the confirmation email and QR code?
The confirmation email may have been sent to your junk/spam mailbox, kindly double check. If you cannot find your confirmation email and QR code at the door, our team will be able to assist you on site.
Can I enter if I arrive earlier or later than the reserved time?
Please arrive at the time of your designated time slot. Any early or late entry can only be accommodated based on on-site crowd control.
If you anticipate being 15 minutes or more behind/early from your reserved time slot, we recommend changing your reservation.
Can I enter as many times as I want?
Once you leave the venue after entering, you cannot re-enter the venue.
Are walk-in visits available?
Online reservation is recommended to ensure your visit is secured.
Walk-in visit can only be accommodated based on on-site crowd control, and entry is not guaranteed.

"50 Years of Royal Oak" exhibition is held at Arts Pavilion, West Kowloon Cultural District.

Exit from MTR Kowloon Station Exit C1 or D1, take the escalator to 1/F and follow the signs through ELEMENTS to the Artist Square Bridge at 2/F, Metal Zone to reach the West Kowloon Cultural District (approximately 10 minutes).
Exit from MTR Kowloon Station Exit E4 or E5. Walk along Nga Cheung Road and cross the footbridge into the West Kowloon Cultural District (approximately 10 minutes).

Are car parking spaces available?
Parking is available at the West Kowloon Cultural District.
Zone F Car Park is accessible from the driveway to the museum’s pick-up and drop-off area on 38 Museum Drive. You can also park at the Art Park (Zone E). Street parking is unavailable in the West Kowloon Cultural District.

At the Exhibition
What are the exhibition opening hours?
"50 Years of Royal Oak" exhibition is held from Sunday, 18 September 2022 to Sunday, 25 September 2022, 11:00 – 20:30. Last admission is 30 minutes before closing, and guests will be requested to leave the venue at 20:30.
What are the Covid measures on site?
To ensure a safe visiting experience, all visitors are required to wear masks at all times. Hand sanitizers will be provided at the exhibition venue.
All visitors are required to make a booking in advance, and each time slot will be limited by capacity to ensure adequate social distancing.
All visitors entering the venue at West Kowloon Cultural District are required to use the LeaveHomeSafe mobile application to scan the venue QR code and comply with the ‘Vaccine Pass’ arrangements as well as other requirements under Cap.599F.
Is this a child-friendly exhibition?
This exhibition is not recommended for children age three or below.
Please be cautioned that the exhibition contains dark rooms and light projections, guardians are advised to stay with their children at all times.

Are there lockers and cloakrooms available?
There are no lockers nor cloakrooms.
Can I buy a Royal Oak or Audemars Piguet watches?
Commercial products are not available for sale at the exhibition.
If you are interested in viewing and trying on watches, please kindly make an appointment at one of our boutiques or AP Houses, our client consultants will be able to assist you.

Is it possible to eat and drink at the venue?
Eating and drinking are not permitted in the venue.
Is photography allowed on site?
Photos and videos are welcomed. When posting on social media, please hashtag #AudemarsPiguet #RoyalOak50Years.
Are pets allowed?
Pets are not allowed in the venue. Trained service animals accompanying persons with disabilities and wearing an identifying vest or tag are welcome.
Is there a lost and found?
Should you lost an item, please contact us at info.asia@audemarspiguet.com. Please quote your name, visiting date and time, and lost item description in the email.
What is the opening arrangement under unstable weather conditions?
If typhoon signal No. 8 or Black Rainstorm Warning is hoisted or still in force at 9:00 the exhibition venue will not open at the regular opening time of 11:00.
If the signal is subsequently lowered, the exhibition venue will open within three hours.
If the signal is cancelled after 16:30, the exhibition venue will remain closed for the rest of the day.
