As part of our 150th anniversary, we are running a campaign as part of which users may interact with content made available on the Site (the “AP150 Campaign”).

While registration is not a prerequisite for access to the content of the Site, users may register as participants ("Participants") in the AP150 Campaign either by logging in with their existing Audemars Piguet login or by registering as a new user. Registration is open to all persons over the age of 16.

With regard to the personal data collected while visiting the Site as unregistered or registered user and/or Participant, we refer to our Privacy Notice.

In connection with the AP150 Campaign, Audemars Piguet intends to offer various benefits to Participants. The selection of Participants to receive such benefits is in the sole discretion of Audemars Piguet. Accordingly, Participants do not have a right to receive such benefits, nor will eligible Participants be selected by any form of lottery or similar mechanism. The distribution of benefits is not tied to the purchase of Audemars Piguet products. There is no cash alternative to the distribution of the benefits. Audemars Piguet reserves the right to make the distribution of benefits subject to certain conditions defined in Audemars Piguet’s sole discretion and in compliance with its legal and regulatory obligations (including those arising from anti-money laundering or anti-corruption laws and embargo or sanction-related decisions). The personnel of Audemars can participate in the AP150 Campaign but is not eligible to receive benefits.

Audemars Piguet does not assume any liability in connection with AP150 Campaign, in particular not in connection with the distribution of the benefits.

Audemars Piguet reserves the right to terminate the AP150 Campaign at any time without prior notice and without stating reasons.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, neither Audemars Piguet, nor its affiliates shall be liable in any manner whatsoever for any direct, indirect or consequential damages, including loss of profits or third-party rights, which may result in particular, but without limitation:
