The event activations include Music Journey, Outdoor music show and DJ Party is by appointment only. You are invited to make your reservation via the “Register Now” button ahead of time.
Your name, phone number, and a valid email address are required.
Once you complete the reservation, you will receive a confirmation email with a QR code for entry.

The event is free of charge.

Each guest is required to make an individual reservation.

Each guest can only book once per activation, and only one time slot can be booked each time.
If you would like to participate in different music activations, multiple appointments are needed. Once you complete each appointment, you will receive a corresponding QR code for entry.

Online reservation is recommended to ensure your visit is secured.
Walk-in visits can only be accommodated based on on-site crowd control, and entry is not guaranteed.
Online reservation is required for Outdoor Music Show and DJ Party.

Reservation changes and cancellations can be managed from the reservation confirmation email.

When you change your reservation, you will receive a cancellation email and a new confirmation email for your new date and time slot.
If you did not change or cancel your reservation and think you have received a cancellation email by mistake, please contact us at info.asia@audemarspiguet.com. Please mention your name and booking details in the email.

The event is held from Friday, 27 September 2024 to Sunday, 29 September 2024, the opening hours are:
Music Journey: 12:00 - 19:00 daily. Last admission is 30 minutes before closing, and guests will be requested to leave the venue at 19:00.
Outdoor Music Show: 19:00 - 21:30 on 27 September 2024, 19:30 - 21:00 on 28 and 29 September 2024.
DJ Party: 21:00 - 24:00 daily.

The event is held at Tai Kwun, Central.

Located in the heart of Central, Hong Kong Island, Tai Kwun, neighbouring with other important heritage sites in Central and Sheung Wan, is conveniently connected to Hollywood Road, Lan Kwai Fong and Soho.
Tai Kwun is easily accessible via public entrance gates. Visitors can also enter via a footbridge at the intersection of Hollywood Road and Old Bailey Street, which connects the compound with the Central to Mid-Levels Escalator.

Car parking is not available inside Tai Kwun. If you are driving, you can use the hourly car parks nearby, including:
Universal Trade Centre Car Park (3 Arbuthnot Road)
The Centrium Car Park (2 Arbuthnot Road)

This event is not recommended for children aged six or below.
Please be cautioned that the event includes light and music show, guardians are advised to stay with their children at all times.
All visitors are required to make a reservation via the “Register Now” button ahead of time.

The QR code from your confirmation email will be required at the entrance.

The confirmation email may have been sent to your junk/spam mailbox, kindly double check.
If you cannot find your confirmation email and QR code at the door, our team will be able to assist you on site.

Please arrive at the time of your designated time slot. Any early or late entry can only be accommodated based on on-site crowd control.
Music Journey: If you anticipate being 30 minutes or more behind/early from your reserved time slot, we recommend changing your reservation.
Outdoor Music Show: Last admission is 30 minutes after the show begins.
DJ Party: Last admission is 30 minutes before closing.

Music Journey (Duplex Studio): Once you leave the venue, you cannot re-enter the venue.
Outdoor Music Show (Parade Ground) / DJ Party (Duplex Studio): You can re-enter the venue with the wristband received upon entering the venue.

There are no lockers nor cloakrooms.

Commercial products are not available for sale at the event.
If you are interested in viewing and trying on watches, please kindly make an appointment at one of our boutiques or AP Houses, our client consultants will be able to assist you.

Music Journey (Duplex Studio): Eating and drinking are not permitted in the venue.
Outdoor Music Show (Parade Ground): Only drinks provided in the venue are permitted.
DJ Party (Duplex Studio):  Only drinks provided in the venue are permitted. In addition, alcoholic beverages are provided in the venue and are only available to persons aged 18 or above.

Guests are not allowed to bring food, alcoholic beverages or soft drinks into the venue.

Except in the Smoking Areas (if any) only, smoking or carrying a lighted cigarette, cigar or pipe, or using an electronic cigarette is strictly prohibited.

Pets are not allowed in the venue. Trained service animals accompanying persons with disabilities and wearing an identifying vest or tag are welcome.

Should you lose an item, please contact us at info.asia@audemarspiguet.com. Please quote your name, visiting date and time, and lost item description in the email.

Music Journey:
If typhoon signal No. 8 or Black Rainstorm Warning is hoisted or still in force at 11:00, the event venue will not open at the regular opening time of 12:00.
If the signal is subsequently lowered, the event venue will open within three hours.
If the signal is cancelled after 16:00, the event venue will remain closed for the rest of the day.

Outdoor Music Show:
Under unstable weather conditions, the event will be held indoor instead, seating will be on a first-come, first-served basis.
If typhoon signal No. 8 or Black Rainstorm Warning is hoisted or still in force at 16:00, the event will be cancelled.

DJ Party:
If typhoon signal No. 8 or Black Rainstorm Warning is hoisted or still in force at 18:00, the event will be cancelled.
